How I Work 

Tell me a little about the trip you have in mind by completing my travel inquiry form. Not sure of all the details yet? That's completely fine. Your destination, approximate dates, number of travelers, and ideas are enough to get the conversation started. 

Once I receive your inquiry, we'll connect to talk through your travel style, priorities, destination ideas, budget, and timeline. Depending on your trip, this may be handled by email or through a complimentary 30-minute consultation.

If we are a good fit and you are ready to move forward, I'll send your planning agreement and planning fee invoice. Planning fees begin at $100 and vary based on the complexity of your trip. Your fee covers the time, research, expertise, and personalized service that go into designing your vacation.

*Planning fees are waived for first responders. 

Once you're ready to begin, I'll research the destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and experiences that best fit your travel style, priorities, and budget. I'll then create a personalized itinerary and recommendations for your review.

You’ll receive a custom travel proposal with pricing and any additional options. We will go over everything together and make any adjustments needed until it feels just right for you.

Once you've approved your itinerary, I'll coordinate the reservations for your trip, including cruises, resorts, and hotels, as well as transfers, tours, excursions, and other special experiences.  You will have one point of contact to help keep the details organized from booking through departure.

As your departure approaches, I’ll send curated destination guides, packing tips, cultural notes, and anything else you might need to feel confident and prepared.

As your departure approaches, I will send your finalized travel documents, including confirmations, vouchers, and your detailed itinerary. We'll go over everything together, and I’ll answer any final questions so you feel prepared and confident before your journey begins.

You’re off on your adventure! While you travel, I remain available for support if anything comes up. My goal is to ensure your trip is seamless, memorable, and stress-free from start to finish.

Once you're home, I'll check in to hear about your experience and favorite moments. And when you're ready to start dreaming about your next journey, I'll be here to help bring that one to life, too.
