Once we’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a client agreement and planning fee invoice. Planning fees start at $50. This fee covers my time, expertise, and personalized service—so you can relax while I handle the details.

I dive into the research, matching you with the best options based on your style, interests, and budget.  I’ll curate an initial itinerary or quote for your review,  complete with recommendations and special touches you might not find on your own.

You’ll receive a custom travel proposal with pricing and options. We’ll go over everything together and make any adjustments needed until it feels just right for you.

Once you're happy with the plan, I’ll take care of all the bookings—flights, cruises, hotels, transfers, and more. You get all the benefits of professional coordination, exclusive perks, and peace of mind.

As your departure approaches, I’ll send curated destination guides, packing tips, cultural notes, and anything else you might need to feel confident and prepared.

Want to add a private excursion, spa treatment, or dining experience? I’ll arrange all those special extras to elevate your trip even more.

About two weeks before your departure, I’ll send your finalized travel documents—including confirmations, vouchers, and a detailed itinerary—along with a review call or email to go over everything.

You’re off on your adventure! While you travel, I remain available for support if anything comes up. My goal is to ensure your trip is seamless, memorable, and stress-free from start to finish.
